Every piece cut before the wall

An automated cutter for fiber-cement and engineered-wood siding that works right on your jobsite. It measures the wall itself and cuts every piece to size while your crew hangs. This set is the argument; the last sheet is yours to sign.

Where the day actually goes

Every piece still gets measured on the wall, called down to the saw, and cut. One board at a time, all day, in the dust.

The installer measures on the scaffold and calls it down; the newest guy on the crew runs the saw. The wall only moves as fast as that loop, and miscuts come out of your margin. Fiber cement doesn’t forgive a short cut.

Ask any crew and the story’s the same: they can’t find the talent. 45% of contractors report project delays from workforce shortages (ABC).

The saw runs itself, on your jobsite

Haven sets up on your jobsite: a sensor tripod that reads the as-built wall (framing never matches the plans) and a cutting table that cuts every fiber-cement and engineered-wood piece to size, labeled by wall and course, right there while the crew hangs.

It’s a tool for your crew, not a replacement for it. The machine does the measuring and cutting. Your installers do what they’re best at.

That’s the whole product: the cut lands on the line, every time, and nobody on your crew had to make it. Tight enough to hold the install tolerances of James Hardie and LP SmartSide lines.

Step 01

Set the tripod

The sensor tripod measures the as-built wall, not the blueprints. Haven cuts to what’s actually there.

Step 02

The table cuts on the fly

As the tripod measures, the table cuts to the ±2 mm target and labels each piece. Your crew just feeds stock.

Step 03

Your crew hangs, not cuts

Pieces come off the table in install order and go straight to the wall.

Trim fits. Butt joints close. Courses line up. That’s where the 20–50% faster install comes from: nobody walks to a saw.

SHT 05 · ApprovalNon-binding letter of intent

Sign the sheet

We’re pre-launch, and we’re signing a small group of siding contractors as early partners. A letter of intent is non-binding: it tells us to build for crews like yours, and it puts you first in line. The cutter is machine one: we’re building toward a robot that installs the siding too, and it starts with the cut.
